I am a...
Media and communications consultant, published author, an award-winning news reader, a television and radio journalist and a magazine/newspaper features writer.
What I do...
I help talented people tell their stories and assist them with navigating the world of communications, media and PR.
My clients are leaders in their fields and include architects, designers, the Queensland Government's Creative Industries Unit and facilitators who create change in organisations.
I also provide pro-bono media services for selected not-for-profits.
How I got here...
I've spent more than 15 years working as a reporter, presenter, producer and commentator in radio, television and print media.

A mum-of-two, a cookbook hoarder, a design magazine junkie, a slow food supporter, a keen but inconsistent gardener and a German Shepherd owner.
